By accessing or using PartWorth (the "App"), operated by InYards ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

PartWorth helps you identify used auto parts from photos or labels and provides estimated market values based on comparable used listings. The App is an informational valuation tool. It is not a marketplace, escrow service, or guarantee of sale price.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• You agree to provide accurate vehicle or part information when you choose to share it.
• You are responsible for how you use the App and any decisions you make based on estimates.

4. Estimates and Accuracy

• Value estimates are approximate and may change as market data changes.
• Identification confidence and pricing can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable for uncommon parts.
• Actual sale prices depend on condition, location, demand, shipping, and negotiation.
• We do not guarantee that any estimate reflects what you will pay or receive.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the App or its APIs.
• Use the App to mislead others about part authenticity, condition, or value.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute App results without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, and related software are owned by InYards or its licensors. You retain rights to photos you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

• We provide the App "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for business decisions, purchase or sale outcomes, or losses arising from estimates.
• Third-party market data sources may be incomplete or unavailable at times.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect revisions.
